Professional Referral

Located in Utah, Turning Point Centers serves individuals across the state who are seeking mental health and addiction treatment. We work hand in hand with referring professionals to connect clients with the right support at the right time.

Referral Overview

Turning Point Centers partners with various healthcare professionals and local community providers to help clients access the care they need.

Referrals submitted through our website are immediately directed to admissions, while referrals from community partners are first reviewed by a business development (BD) staff member or a treatment placement specialist (TPS). They verify the following:

  • Does the individual meet our admissions criteria?
  • Do we accept their insurance?
  • Are they ready to commit to treatment?

Once they confirm these details, they pass the referral along to our admissions team for processing.

Collaboration with Referring Professionals

We highly value our partnerships with referring professionals and recognize the importance of clear, open communication. With the client’s consent, we provide weekly updates on their treatment journey. This may include details about the progress they’ve made, any changes to their care or medication, and information about the discharge planning process. Through this ongoing collaboration, we aim to support clients throughout their treatment and beyond.
