Ron McCabe joins Turning Point Centers from PRA Health Sciences where he was the HR Manager. Prior to his position at PRA, Ron was employed in the staffing industry for over 30 years with his most recent role being Vice President and Compliance Officer. Ron’s areas of expertise include all aspects of employment law, training, operational compliance, immigration and various work-related safety requirements. Ron has also held responsibility for conducting investigations related to identity theft and other areas of fraud. Ron is PHR and SHRM-CP certified and is a Certified Staffing Professional.

Additionally, Ron served in the Utah Air National Guard for over 28 years, retiring in 2008. He was deployed to various combat zones around the globe, with his last assignment being Chief Master Sergeant with the 151^st Air Refueling Wing Command Post.

Outside of work, Ron enjoys traveling and has been to 48 states and 13 countries! Ron has been married for 39 years and has 2 daughters.
